GLORIA fire blankets could be used to suppress hazardous fat fires in the private service sector and trade, e.g. in large kitchens, cafeterias, fast food outlets and restaurants. Fire blankets are intended to use as additional protection when standard deep fryers, commercial fryers, equipment for deep-frying, customary chip pans and fat ovens up to maximum 3 l capacity are used.
